Kolibrí

Your company is already required to train its team on AI.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act has been in force since February 2025. Starting August 2, 2026, your national market surveillance authority (AESIA in Spain) can hold you accountable. Kolibrí gives you the full paper trail: training by role, assessments, and named certificates.

In Spain this training can be funded through Fundae credits — for many companies the real cost is zero. Ask us about equivalent schemes elsewhere.

Does this apply to us?

If anyone on your team uses AI to do their job, yes. You don't need to be building AI yourself.

Someone uses ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to draft text
A developer uses an AI coding copilot
Marketing generates images or video with AI
Customer support uses an AI chatbot or assistant

Any one of these four makes you a deployer under the Regulation.

What the law requires

Doesn't meet the barMeets the bar
An informal chat about AIStructured training with defined content
The same generic PDF for everyoneContent adapted to each role
A link to some online courseRecords, assessment, and certificate per person

The Regulation doesn't set a fixed syllabus or an official certification. It requires training that is sufficient, proportionate to risk, and demonstrable.

The paper trail

We're not selling you a course. We leave you what you need to show if you're asked.

Learning paths by role
Assessments with individual results
Named certificates per person
Minutes from leadership training
Internal AI usage policy
Inventory of AI systems in use

An average SME has between 5 and 15 AI tools in active use — most installed by employees without leadership even knowing.

Funding

Compliance doesn't have to come out of your budget.

In Spain, companies can fund this training through their annual Fundae credit, otherwise lost if unused — we handle the paperwork through a registered training body. Outside Spain, ask us about equivalent funding schemes in your country.

Funding depends on available credit and filing deadlines. We confirm the exact amount in writing before we start.
